Herman is a born-leader and brings a unique approach to managing Endeavour Marketing and Media. Mr. Nelson is the perfect C.E.O. for a company of diverse personalities and talents, as he is a former Middle School Vice- Principal.

Simply put, Herman is both the voice and the compass that keeps Endeavour moving in the right direction.

Herman is a modern-day "Renaissance Man" in that even while performing his teaching and administrative duties in the Murfreesboro educational system, he thirsted for more and gained his M.S Degree (Computer Information Systems) from MTSU and attained the title of "Certified Internet Webmaster" from New Horizons Technology Center.

Herman is married to Kimberly Nelson (formerly Kimberly Przybysz) and is proud of their two beautiful children, A.J. and Hannah.
